Purpose:

This safety policy aims to create a culture of awareness, responsibility, and continuous improvement in all aspects of our operations. By adhering to this policy, we strive to prevent accidents, injuries, and work-related hazards, in order to foster a safe and secure working environment for everyone.

Scope:

This safety policy applies to all employees, Clients, contractors, visitors, and anyone else involved in Amprotek Engineering Services’ operations. It encompasses all activities, premises, and equipment under the company’s control.

Responsibilities:

Management Commitment: Amprotek Engineering Services’ management is committed to providing the necessary resources, support, and leadership to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures.

Employee Participation:  All employees are expected to actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures, reporting hazards, and suggesting improvements.

Supervisory Oversight: Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that safety policies and procedures are understood and followed by their team members. They must lead by example and promptly address any safety concerns.

Key Principles:

Risk Assessment: Amprotek Engineering Services will conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.

Training and Education: All personnel will receive adequate training and information regarding safety procedures, equipment operation, emergency protocols, and hazard identification.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Appropriate PPE will be provided, and its use will be mandatory in areas or situations where hazards cannot be eliminated through other means.

Safe Work Practices: Employees must adhere to safe work practices, including proper equipment use, maintenance procedures, and following established protocols for tasks.

Emergency Preparedness: Amprotek Engineering Services will have documented emergency response procedures in place, including evacuation plans, first aid protocols, and communication strategies.

Incident Reporting and Investigation: All incidents, accidents, or near misses must be promptly reported, investigated, and analyzed to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
